Linda Herrin is a licensed professional counselor with over three decades of experience supporting individuals through life's most difficult transitions. Her path into counseling began through early life experiences as a single mother, where meaningful conversations with clients in her former work revealed a natural calling toward helping others heal, reflect, and grow. She went on to complete a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and has been in practice since 1991.
Throughout her career Linda has specialized in guiding clients through grief, loss, divorce, identity and sexual orientation exploration, trauma and major life changes. In the past several years she has been working with anxiety-driven depression, conflict, women’s empowerment, and concerns around ageing. Her work has included social work, private practice, leading support groups for the chronically and terminal ill and their caregivers, and providing grief and divorce counseling. She brings advance training in human sexuality, transgender care, neuropsychology, mindfulness, anxiety management and art journaling.
Linda's approach is shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience. Having lived in various parts of the United States as well as internationally in Tunisia and Mexico, she brings a broad, culturally aware perspective to her work. She is known for offering a calm, non-judgmental, and supportive space where clients feel safe exploring change, uncertainty, and personal growth. She teaches clients about their nervous system and how to use tools to holistically become more emotionally regulated and resilient.
